Sports Coaching
Whether you are new to the game or a seasoned athlete looking to improve, we can help. With more than 2 decades coaching and participating in endurance sports, we have seen it all. We can guide you to your next finish line, check us out!
In 2016 I had an idea. After coaching athletes for over 10 years with other organizations, I wanted to make something that guided athletes, respected athletes and celebrated athletes. I enjoy helping the age group athlete improve their game, excel in their sport, and feel good about themselves. So I formed GTD Multisport, Go The Distance Endurance Racing. Since then I have worked with numerous athletes over the years to help them acheive their goals. During that time we’ve had several first-time Ironman, marathon, and ultra race finishers. And we want to help you.
What started out in the San Fernando Valley of the Greater Los Angeles area has now spread to Southern and Northern California, central Texas and is now available in the Greater Albuquerque area of New Mexico.
I’ve made it a point to limit the number of athletes that I take on to the team each year so that each one of them gets the attention that they need to be successful. I’ve added a new coach to handle the Northern California area which will allow us to expand how many athletes we can take on each year.

Always finish with a smile and Go The Distance!

My athletic journey started in the pool, with swim lessons at age five. You couldn’t keep me out of the water, which led to swimming competitively for a club team and then for my high school team. In college, I discovered cross-country running and mountain biking in the mountains of North Carolina, but after a few bad crashes on the bike, I focused my attention on using my newfound love for running in local road races. This led to a deeper interest in competition-fueled environments when I moved to Florida, where I discovered the beauty of road cycling on the long oceanside highways, which ideally suited my need for speed. I continued all these activities in socially oriented communities, but in 2014, a friend told me about these unique races that involved all three sports – triathlon. My curiosity was big enough to want to know more and compete in my first triathlon (an all women’s race) in 2016. I ended up on the podium, placing 3rd overall. I was hooked, and this enthusiasm has led me to compete in over 50 different endurance events, including 5k, 10k and half marathon road races, Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, Duathlons, Ironman 70.3 triathlons, and an all-women’s marathon in 2024. My racing performance and commitment to training have garnered invitations to the USAT Age Group National Championships for the last three years. However, giving back to the sports community and paying it forward to the next generation of healthy athletes is also important to me, and I’ve enjoyed coaching middle school track and cross country teams, serving the Oakland youth community as a run coach/mentor for Run for a Better Oakland, and volunteering for local endurance events such as the Miwok 100K.
